Effluent Quality Monitoring System

EQMS is a facility to measure pollutants such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Phosphates (TP), Total Nitrogen (TN) etc. The required parameters are customized according to the type of factory and discharge regulations. This product adopted HORIBA’s proprietary rotary cell length modulation method, a measuring technique incorporating 25 years of expertise. This method is the landmark because cell length modulation and wiper cleaning are performed imultaneously. Using this method, stable data can be obtained constantly for long periods even in harsh drainage environments. Using this device the parameters that can be monitored are COD, BOD, TSS, pH. OPSA-150 also excels in easurement of both low and high concentrations. We supply the other Horiba manufactured portable devices like Industrial pH meter, Industrial ORP meter, Industrial Conductivity meter, sanitary conductivity meter, resistivity meter, dissolved oxygen meter and residual chlorine meter.

PH Electrode

liquid filled pH electrode, specially designed for pH measurement in pure and ultra pure water applications. The three diaphragm design ensures adequate outflow of liquid electrolyte for reliable pH measurement in pure water having a low-ionic strength.

VOC Meter

Smart Gas Transmitters are universal transmitters with plug & play sensor technology. They are capable of accepting more than 100 smart gas sensors. Its non-intrusive calibration helps customers to calibrate the transmitters in hazardous area without opening the transmitter thus reducing the down time for calibration. Alternatively the smart gas sensors can be plugged out and calibrated in the lab and can be put back on the transmitters.

Trace Level Turbidity Analyser

Trace Level Measurements with EPA Compliance 90 degree scattered light method. The turbidity sensor of the FMTSC-10 (E) uses the 90 degree scattered light method, a global EPA standard. Built-in wiper cleaning system The built-in wiper cleaning system easily keeps the lenses clean. Sapphire glass optical windows The optical windows are made of hard-toscratch sapphire glass.
