Maintenance

As part of our commitment to maximize the availability of our instruments and to minimize user effort, we provide post-warranty maintenance of all our instruments and systems. We stock the required spares and assemblies to free the customers from the trouble of maintaining and managing inventories and insulate them against obsolescence and the consequent non-availability of electronic items.

We offer both Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs) and on call maintenance services to help our clients ensure that their instruments are always up and running at their peak efficiency.

Our Annual Maintenance Contracts are characterized by the following :

  • Scheduled quarterly visits by our service engineer- The services includes servicing, adjustment, and repairs (spares at additional cost. One calibration service is provided annually during the period of the maintenance contract.
  •  Phone Support for addressing any queries or issues.

Our On Call Maintenance Service is characterized by the following :

  • Single visit by our service engineer that would cover servicing, adjustments, calibration and on site repairs.
  • We accept request for repairs and maintenance of third party instruments,
  • We undertake repair & maintenance of all kinds of Environmental Monitoring Instruments of any make.
Our customized preventive maintenance packages fit your maintenance and budget needs. Any equipment with specific safety, insurance or regulatory requirements certainly must have regular maintenance and inspections. Calibration Services

In any equipment, accuracy is vital to obtain precise results. Well, we can help you keep your equipment calibrated to the set standards. We are based in Vijayawada and Hyderabad (AP, Telangana) and we can be contacted for calibrating various pollution monitoring and electro-technical instruments. In most cases, the frequency of calibration is required quarterly or after major repairs. The company has a modern infrastructural facility wherein we work diligently to calibrate products as per the industry norms and client’s functional needs. We provide calibration services to our product and third-party instruments.

In air pollution monitoring, maintaining the accuracy of flow, pressure and temperature measurements in the instruments is important because inaccurate measurements can result in misleading figures of concentration of pollutants, which in turn could result in increased health risks and / or wasted man hours. Calibration services provide by us is world-class calibration service for the various thermal, mechanical and electro-technical instruments. Parameters such as specific heat, temperature, flow measurement and time can be effectively measured using specific calibrators to accurately and precisely. Field calibration service provided for the instrument Online/Portable Stack Emission Monitoring Devices, Online/Portable EQMS  Devices, Online/Portable AAQMS instruments and Sound Level Meter etc.  The frequency of calibration of pollution monitoring related devices is generally stipulated by pollution control authorities.

All our products are duly calibrated in-house before shipping. We also entertain customer’s requests for post warranty calibration of our products.
